WORSHIP LEADER WANTED!

St Simon's is looking for a passionate worship leader to join our team

Worship leader (8 hours/week)

This a fantastic opportunity to be our Sunday morning worship coordinator with technical abilities.

The right person will:
- Have their heart centred on Jesus and God's Word
- Take us further into the Holy Spirit's presence through leading musical worship on Sunday mornings
- ⁠Be at church early to set up on Sundays and to organise/coordinate the musical/tech team through the week by WhatsApp to make sure that services are all covered.
- Train and nurture the worship team with a particular focus on the younger members
- ⁠Have enough technical confidence with the sound desk and troubleshoot when necessary
- Potentially run a monthly midweek worship evening
- ⁠Potentially run a youth worship group on a regular basis
- Coordinate with the Vicar throughout the week
- Be available for approximately 8 hours a week, therefore be paid potentially £6-10,000 per year.
St Simon's is an evangelical charismatic Church of England parish, community-focused and looking to grow.
